There are OVER 9000 ways to pass the time and making fun of Vegeta is one of them! I wanted them to be friends and poke fun at each other not just Cui for being the weakest. When I chat I just use the Guest option. Yea it's weird that there's no Send button. You have to press Enter to send your IMs.
